Terms of use.

These terms apply to the public pages of starktronix.com, operated by Starktronix. By using the site you accept them. They do not govern the partner portal or any work we do for clients: the portal and our services are covered by the separate agreements under which access to them is granted.

You may browse the site, link to its pages and quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it, load it automatically at a rate that burdens it, probe or attempt to circumvent the portal's access controls, or present the site's content as your own.

We keep the site accurate to the best of our knowledge, but it is provided as it is. The pages describe capabilities, systems and programs at the time of writing. They are not an offer, a specification or a guarantee, and nothing on the site creates a contract or a professional relationship. Scope, pricing and commitments are agreed in writing, case by case.

Parts of the site, in particular the Company page, describe intent and direction. The note published there applies across the site:

The text, design, code, diagrams and photographs on this site belong to Starktronix or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. The names of our divisions, systems and programs identify our work. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

The landing page renders imagery from third parties, credited in its footer: astronomical imagery from NASA, ESA, CSA and STScI; planet maps and the Milky Way from Solar System Scope under the CC BY 4.0 licence; rendered with the open-source three.js library. Those items remain under their own licences.

The typefaces Inter and Space Grotesk are served from the site itself under the SIL Open Font License.

The site links to services we do not operate, such as WhatsApp and the mail client on your device. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

To the extent the applicable law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of the site or from reliance on its content, including loss caused by interruptions, errors or omissions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Sign in leads to a separate, authenticated application for partners and clients. Access is granted by arrangement and may be withdrawn. Use of the portal is governed by the agreement under which access was given; these terms apply to the public pages only.

How the site handles personal data is described in the Privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence are not affected.

We may revise these terms when the site changes. The version published on this page is the current one; the date at the top shows when it was last revised.
