What it is
HumanoBots is the answer to a question that gets asked backwards. The question is not how to let agents do more; it is how to let them do anything at all without losing the thread. So humans and agents share one queue and one board. Agents may draft, propose and prepare. Only a human may approve, greenlight or release — and that boundary is enforced at the authorisation layer, not by instruction. Every card, flag, gate and hand-off is written down.
