What it is
StarkBot is a conversation engine, not a decision tree wearing a costume. It holds context across a thread that may span days, reads and writes the operational systems behind it — appointments, addresses, job state — and escalates to a person the moment the conversation leaves what it is authorised to settle. The engineering that matters is the hand-off: a customer must never discover mid-sentence that they were talking to a machine that could not help them.
