A dispatch cockpit runs continuously against a working vehicle fleet.

A live operations cockpit — dispatch board, event spine, driver tracking, agent console and driver-facing capture screens.

The problem

A car is no longer a thing that moves. It is a sensor, a decision point and a data source, travelling through a city that is itself becoming instrumented.

Vehicle to job, solved against every constraint that matters at once — position, hours, vehicle class, customer window, price floor — and delivered fast enough that the answer is still true when it arrives.

What was built

A live operations cockpit — dispatch board, event spine, driver tracking, agent console and driver-facing capture screens.

Underneath the dispatch board is an event spine: every consequential thing that happens is an immutable event, so the board is a projection of history rather than a mutable pile of state.

That decision is what makes the rest tractable — reconciliation, replay, the nightly agent that arrives with answers, and the ability to settle an argument about what happened at 03:00 last Tuesday.

  • Runs continuously against a working fleet
  • Immutable event spine; the board is a projection
  • Dispatch, tracking, agent console and driver screens in one cockpit

What runs now

Running continuously against a working vehicle fleet

Running continuously against a working fleet, where the honest measure of quality is how rarely the dispatcher overrides it.
